We want you to love your Feng Shui Glow purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

 

Returns

 

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

 

How to Return

 

  1. Contact us at chrischen2026@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a return shipping address within 2 business days.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Refunds

 

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items marked as final sale

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

 

Exchanges

 

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order.
