Free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once your order has shipped.
Tracking
- All orders include tracking. You can track your package using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Customs and Duties
- Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs inspection.
- Any customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to PO Box addresses for Express orders.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
- If a package is confirmed lost, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
